1 1b of ground chuck
1 can of chili beans
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
1 onion
1 t of chili powder, careful a little goes a long way!
Add the following ingredients to the crock pot:
Chop onion and brown in frying pan - throw into crock pot.
Fry ground chuck and drain off grease - throw into crock pot.
Open a can of chili beans, drain and rinse with water - throw into crock pot.
Add one can of chopped tomatoes, and tomato sauce -- throw into crock pot.
I also added, salt, pepper,chili powder..........do it to taste, basil, and oregano -guess what? - throw into crock pot.
Cook in crock pot on low, until you are ready for dinner. I left the crock pot on about 6 hours.
