
1 lb. butter
1 c icing sugar
1/2 c corn starch
1 t almond extract
3 c all purpose flour
1 c chopped pecans, or walnuts, or chocolate chips
Cream butter and icing sugar. Beat in corn starch, almond extract, then flour. Beat until light and fluffy.
Bake 325F 15-20 minutes or until a light brown, no need to grease the baking sheet.
